Not every meaningful moment fits into a single program. Alongside Career Camps and Thrive Schools, we design and support a range of initiatives that meet students where they are, creating access, building confidence, and opening doors in ways both big and small, every day.
Future Pathways
College Access & Exposure
In partnership with California State University, Sacramento, we are working to ensure more students can see college as a real and reachable path.
We identify and engage local students who have been historically overlooked in traditional pathways to higher education, connecting them to opportunities right in their own backyard. Through campus visits, enrichment experiences, and direct exposure to college environments, students gain a firsthand look at what college can be.
By bringing students onto campus and into the experience, we help build familiarity, confidence, and a clearer vision for what is possible after high school, showing that college is not out of reach, but within it.
Exposure drives possibility. Every initiative is built on that belief.
Play With Purpose
Beyond the Game: Youth Football Camp
Each year, our Youth Football Camp brings together athletes, partners, and community to create a high-energy, high-impact experience for young people.
Designed for youth ages 8 to 17, the day goes beyond the field. Participants engage in skills and drills, mindset and educational workshops, and meaningful moments with athletes, coaches, and volunteers who share their journeys and lessons learned.
It is more than a camp. It is an opportunity to build confidence, reinforce life skills, and create lasting memories that extend far beyond the game.
