Our Vision
We are building a future where Career Camps are as common as the youth sports camps athletes host, unlocking access through every athlete and every company.
AAP Career Camps unite a company opening its doors, an athlete giving back, and students entering a space that can change what they see as possible. Each camp is an immersive four hour on-site experience designed for 30–50 high school students — built for engagement, not observation. For many students, this is their first time in a professional environment. That exposure matters. Career Camps create moments that stay with students, connecting exposure to opportunity in a way that feels real, tangible, and lasting.
