STAY HUNGRY Career Camp at Bloomingdale’s featuring Jameis Winston

with students from Dream Charter high school

AAP was proud to host its third Stay Hungry Career Camp of 2025—a dynamic and immersive career exploration experience designed for youth ages 16 to 20. This program is part of AAP’s broader mission to expose young people to diverse professional pathways and spark curiosity about future career possibilities.

In partnership with Bloomingdale's, DREAM, and Jameis Winston, this year’s event took place on Tuesday, September 30th at Bloomingdale's New York City flagship store on 59th Street.

Participants experienced the following:

  • Toured the Bloomingdale's store and gained insight into its unique mission and daily operations

  • Learned about career opportunities across various departments—from entry-level roles to executive leadership

  • Engaged in small-group discussions with Bloomingdale's professionals

  • Attended a special panel discussion featuring a Bloomingdale's leader and New York Giants' quarterback Jameis Winston, focused on career-driven learning and personal development

Together, AAP, Bloomingdale's and Jameis Winston delivered a transformative experience that not only informed but inspired youth to imagine and pursue meaningful careers in fields they may have never considered.
